Tierra Nueva is a faith-based ministry. One of the things that means is that we pray for God, who is our Provider, to meet all our needs. We pray for God to raise up people through whom His provision comes, and ask individuals to also pray and partner with us. We pray for God's provision for each of the categories below that make up our total budget.
General Fund—
Our General Fund covers core ministries, the building, and ongoing operations of Tierra Nueva.
Jail Ministry
Church Worshipping Community
Family Support Center
Administrative personnel
Building and Office costs
Ministry Trainings
Self-Supporting Staff—
As local missionaries, our staff raise their own salaries.
You can find them on our staff page – Andrew Lewis, Matt Malyon, Mike Neelley, and Bob & Gracie Ekblad.
Honduras—
Rural Honduras is the original context for Tierra Nueva since 1982. Tierra Nueva Honduras is still committed to building thriving households of faith and churches in rural Honduras. Our focus is reaching the unreached, those excluded from the church.
The People’s Seminary—
TPS is our training arm taking the wine of the vineyard of Tierra Nueva Skagit to train up workers around the world who are working among marginalized populations.

From one of our donors.
We support Tierra Nueva financially because it’s a ministry that meets people where they are at. This coming alongside all people to show them the love and light of Jesus is grace-charged. And one that reflects so clearly the ministry of Christ.
