Roger Capron - Treasurer My name is Roger. From February 2000 through October 2007, I worked at Tierra Nueva’s Family Support Center as a pastoral advocate. Currently, I case manage and advocate for youth and families around school attendance and truancy issues. Tierra Nueva is a respecter of peoples, especially those who live on the margins of our society. Being involved on TN’s Board and in the Faith Community, I get to witness how simple acts of kindness, respect, and Jesus-like love move folks who are more used to being ignored, mistreated, and rejected towards transformation. This, as well as the palpable sense of family within the community, is what attracts me to TN!
